Role Overview:
Lead and drive retail leasing mandates across malls, lifestyle destinations and mixed-use developments. Provide senior-level advisory on tenant curation, positioning and leasing strategy while delivering commercial outcomes and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Lead leasing strategies for retail assets including tenant mix planning and positioning
• Originate, negotiate and close leasing transactions with key international and local tenants
• Advise landlords on asset performance, repositioning and leasing-led Asset Enhancement Initiatives
• Build and manage senior client and tenant relationships
• Oversee leasing pipelines, occupancy levels, rental performance and deal structures
• Contribute actively to business development and secure new leasing mandates
• Mentor and guide junior leasing team members
• Drive individual and team revenue targets
Skills / Requirements:
• 8 to 15+ years’ experience in retail leasing, agency, asset management or related commercial real estate fields
• Strong understanding of retail formats, tenant strategies and leasing dynamics
• Proven track record in deal execution and client advisory
• Confident negotiator with strong commercial judgement
• Strategic, relationship-driven and execution-focused
• Must be qualified to be registered as a salesperson with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA)
