Responsibilities:

• Conduct retail market research, leasing trends, tenant performance
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data
• Support Asset Enhancement Initiatives
• Prepare high-quality client reports and presentations
• Participate in site visits and field observations
• Senior analysts may present findings and assist proposals

Skills / Requirements:

• 1 to 7+ years’ experience, level-scaled
• Analytical skills, strong writing ability
• Ability to synthesise insights from data
• Curiosity about retail and commercial awareness
