Retail Leasing Executive / Senior Executive / Manager / Senior Manager

Role Overview:
Support and execute leasing assignments across malls, lifestyle destinations and mixed-use developments. Contribute to tenant curation, positioning, deal execution and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage and negotiate with prospective tenants
  • Advise landlords on tenant mix, positioning and leasing strategy
  • Assist on Asset Enhancement Initiatives
  • Prepare proposals, pitches and marketing materials
  • Conduct site inspections, tenant viewings and market canvassing
  • Track occupancy, rents and leasing performance
  • Contribute to individual and team revenue targets

Skills / Requirements:

  • 2 to 10+ years’ experience in leasing, agency, asset management or related fields
  • Knowledge of tenant categories and leasing dynamics
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management
  • Commercially minded, confident and detail-oriented
  • Must be qualified to be registered as a salesperson with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA)
