At Catbird, the Catbird Retail Academy (CRA) offers structured learning on fundamentals and skill sets required to build a long-term career in retail real estate. You will gain hands-on experience in retail asset thinking, tenant mix, negotiation, commercial judgement and market positioning.
Training is also anchored in live assignments. You will be actively involved in consultancy, leasing and Asset Enhancement Initiatives across Singapore’s retail landscape.
Direct access to the Founder and senior team provides hands-on mentorship and insight. Learning is personal, practical and tied to real-world results.
All team members contribute towards revenue or project outcomes. Junior hires are guided closely while developing commercial confidence. Senior hires are empowered to lead deals, projects and client relationships.
