Role Overview:
Work closely with the Founder on retail advisory assignments. Support strategy, positioning, asset planning and brand advisory while progressively building client-facing and business development skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver retail consultancy assignments
• Support Asset Enhancement Initiatives
• Advise brands on market entry, flagship locations and footprint strategy
• Attend client meetings and progressively lead engagements
• Produce client-ready reports and presentations
• Contribute to business development and revenue targets

Skills / Requirements:

• 2 to 10+ years’ experience, level-scaled
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s real estate and retail landscape 
• Strategic thinking, practical execution, attention to detail
• Excellent written communication
• Commercial awareness and client confidence
